With the advancement of modern management methods and the continuous development of science and technology, the requirements for high-definition machine room management in various industries becoming increasingly stringent, and automated modes have gradually replaced manual operations. Therefore, when designing high-definition machine room management solutions, we should emphasize automated means as much as possible, but the of manual intervention cannot be ignored. The ingenious combination of the two can achieve twice the result with half the effort. Based on this underlying concept, this design scheme is completed by the actual situation of bank machine room management with modern technological means.
We adopt advanced high-definition video switching and keyboard-mouse switching technologies within the industry. This scheme focuses on accuracy of high-definition video switching and the high compatibility of the keyboard and mouse. It not only considers the switching requirements but also applies various high-tech means to add some automated methods, aiming to provide machine room managers with an efficient management solution as much as possible.
I: Current Situation Analysis
Multiple bank outlets are located in different places, and each location its own servers for various systems and high-definition monitoring digital video recorders (DVRs) located in various machine rooms, which are mutually inaccessible. However, it is not allowed to every server or DVR with control devices under each cabinet. When these servers and DVRs need regular maintenance or troubleshooting, managers have to repeatedly plug and unplug cables between multiple servers and DVR. As a result, a large portion of time is wasted on connections, and it is easy to cause damage to the servers and DVRs

II: User Requirements Analysis
1. Access servers and recorders through switching to fundamentally solve the problem of insufficient equipment, effectively improve work efficiency of managers, and achieve timely problem handling;
2. The switching device works and connects between the servers and recorders without affecting system security;
3. Fast switching be achieved through infrared, keyboard, and mouse switching functions to improve the work efficiency of managers;
4. If the server or recorder crashes or needs to be powered on/, the task can be completed without turning off the power of the switching device, thereby reducing the working time of staff;

III: Solution
1. The HDMI KVM is set up during work and connected with various servers, allowing on-site access to servers.
