2. Single-Channel LVDS Support: Specifically designed for mainstream single-channel LVDS panels, supporting 1080p resolution and compatible with 10.1-inch to 21.5-inch industrial and consumer-grade LCD panels.
3. Comprehensive Power Management: Features a single 12V DC power input and an onboard DC-DC voltage regulator circuit that outputs 5V and 3.3V to power the controller, panel, and peripherals, with integrated overcurrent, overvoltage, and reverse-connection protection.
4. Compact, Rectangular Design: PCB dimensions are only 110 × 30 mm, featuring a narrow, elongated layout suitable for space-constrained applications such as portable displays and embedded industrial control terminals.
5. Flexible Backlight Control: Supports PWM dimming and BL_ON activation signals, compatible with CCFL/LED backlit panels, and adaptable to various backlight specifications.
6. Customizable Firmware Support: Supports firmware upgrades to accommodate different panel resolutions and modify OSD menu languages and parameters, meeting customers’ customization needs.
IV. Typical Application Scenarios
• Industrial control displays (CNC machine tools, PLC-based industrial control all-in-one systems)
• Commercial display devices (small digital signage displays, self-service kiosks, secondary screens for cash registers)
• Consumer-grade portable displays / external monitors for laptops
• Secondary screens for security surveillance systems, small in-vehicle display terminals
V. Usage and Installation Instructions
1. Power Connection: Connect the 12V DC power supply to the 12V input port. Ensure the positive and negative terminals are connected correctly to prevent circuit damage caused by reverse polarity.
2. Panel Connection: Based on the panel specifications, insert the LVDS ribbon cable and backlight ribbon cable into their corresponding ports. Ensure the cables are oriented correctly to prevent burning out the panel due to incorrect insertion.
3. Signal Source Connection: Connect the HDMI/VGA signal source to the corresponding port and switch between signal sources using the keypad.
4. Configuration and Calibration: Use the keypad to access the OSD menu, where you can adjust parameters such as brightness, contrast, color temperature, and signal source priority to optimize the display for the panel.
5. Installation Precautions: Mounting holes are provided around the edges of the PCB. During installation, ensure the PCB is electrically isolated from the metal housing to prevent short circuits; keep the unit away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference to ensure signal stability.
