This year, VOELLS developed a new modular KVM switch, which serves as a new type of server control platform for data centers. Traditional 4in-1 LCD KVMs were an indivisible whole, typically weighing about 25kg and being very bulky, requiring two people to complete the installation. The display end the KVM were connected by a set of wiring harnesses pulled by a cable carrier, which was very complex and prone to jamming. Maintenance required dismantling the entire unit, it was fragile transportation, and the costs were high.

       In contrast, the new modular LED KVM eliminates the defects of traditional KVMs. The KVM module and the display operation end can easily separated from the mounting tray. Installation can be easily completed by one person. For maintenance and upgrades, simply detach the KVM module or the display operation end, and it can be within 3 seconds. Since many components are made of aluminum and are foldable, transportation is very convenient.

       Our  series KVM control platform also features improved efficiency, ease use, easy management, cost savings, remote management, and environmental friendliness. It has a standard 1U height, fits the 19-inch rack structure, and saves 85% of cabinet space. It uses an aluminum shell, making it easy to carry in and out at any time, with good corrosion resistance and heat dissipation functions

In short, its biggest advantage compared to other 4-in-1 KVM switches with built- screens is its compactness and convenience. Since its launch half a year ago, it has received many compliments from buyers. We have continuously committed to improving the product, and the current version has made some changes to its appearance while enhancing its functionality. A VGA port and a USB port have been added to the front of the original KVM module. This small change facilitates local connection and control, allowing to operate independently of the server room. Meanwhile, this VGA port can also be used as a cascading port. The following are the cascading installation steps:

Precautions Before Installation:

Ensure that all devices to be connected are powered off. To ensure your installation is not damaged, please make sure all devices are properly. If necessary, you can request full support from the vendor.

1. Connect the output source, input source, cascading cable, and keyboard/mouse cables.

2. Connect product's built-in power supply last (the product's output/input sources and cascading cable must be connected before plugging in the power to prevent the keyboard from freezing).

3. Once the cables are connected and the product is powered on, you can turn on each computer.

4. After cascading, the switching methods are: panel switching, O menu switching, and keyboard pressing.

Press HOME HOME Enter to activate the OSD menu interface, which will display the figure below:

To control the next-level product press the '↓' key on the keyboard to jump to port 8/16, then press the ' ' key to control the second-level product. To return to controlling the first- product, navigate the OSD menu to the position '0.1. SERVER-01' and press the '-' key.

Note: When cascading, each cascaded product must connected to its own power supply. Each input port of the product can serve as a cascading port. A maximum of 2 levels can be cascaded (cascading will occupy input port).
